“There’s a lot of talk about problems, and endless debate about how to solve them. A focus on the process of problem solving is missing. We must change the way we face problems individually and collectively if we are to succeed. We must think like the heroes, leaders, and champions we wish to become.  If all the world is a stage, what role will you play?”  — Diana B. Thompson
